Planet of the shops
Planet of the Shops: Milligan has started work on the 376,740 sq ft Barreiro Retail Planet in Lisbon. The development company, with construction company Eiffage, is developing more than 40 mall outlets and restaurants, 13 retail park outlets and 1,750 parking spaces. The scheme is 70% let and is due to open in November 2010. Eiffage will build and manage the scheme and Milligan, John Milligan’s development company, will be responsible for the leasing and marketing.
