Milligan has agreed a deal to work in partnership with the owners of London City Airport (LCY) to drive all non-aeronautical revenues.
We are working with LCY to produce a strategic plan for the growth of the airport in time for the London Olympics in 2012. The strategic plan involves a commercial analysis, brand assessment and master planning exercise.
We are looking to enhance the customer experience without compromising the efficiency of the airport.
London City Airport benefits from an enviable passenger profile, average incomes are £82,600 per year, almost 3 times the national average.
We believe that the airport offers a unique opportunity for brands to engage with some of the world’s highest earners. These consumers are notoriously hard to reach and we have them as a captive audience.
